    it is a great way to learn but if you have body pain you need to move your body in order to heal it. I can only show what works for me. I just turen 54 and believe me if you don't move when you are feeling the pain it only gets worse. Find your own motivation to heal yourself :smile:  It' the old says. "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink".
